Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Nonstick cooking spray
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
1 C whipping cream
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 C Splenda

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray. 
Combine all 
remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.Bake 15 
minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees. Bake 45 minutes longer or until a 
knife 
inserted into the center comes out clean.
